Pictures and stories of Solomon Peck Garver
Here is a photo of Solomon Peck Garver. He was born in the late 1860s to John Garver and Sara Peck. He married Alice Davis in the
late 1880s. He had five children.
Davis Leonard Garver (born Oct 1, 1889), Peck, Lewis, Claude, and Frank.
His first wife died young in the early 1890s. He remarried Clara Meinsler several years later.
Here is a family photo of the Garver family. Shown are Solomon Peck Garver and his wife, Alice Davis Garver. Their five sons are
(from left to right) Davis Leonard Garver, Peck Garver, Lewis Garver, Claude Garver, and Frank Garver.
The photo was taken just before Alice Davis Garver died in the early 1890s.
Here is a Garver family reunion photo from 1930.
Although Solomon isn't in the picture, his second wife is. Clara Meinsler is the
lady 4th from the left on the second row (behind the kids).
