Anna Chopyak was born on December 2, 1895 in Pennsylvannia to Joseph Chopyak and Lizabeth Hunold Chopyak. Anna was the oldest of nine children. Anna married J.P. Mayurnick on September 15, 1915. They had four children. Agnes, Joseph (known as Jibby), Izabel (October 25, 1920), and Evelyn. Anna died on April 13, 1964 in Old Forge, Pennsylvannia.

Right after the death of Anna's husband, J.P. Mayurnick, this family photo was taken. Anna is in the center in the back. In the front row are the three youngest children, Izabel, Jibby, and Evelyn. To the right of Anna is her oldest daughter, Agnes. Left of Anna is Mary Mayurnick, cousin of J.P. Mayurnick.

Agnes Mayurnick Graham had a daughter, Anne Graham, who married Ray "Sandy" Newman. They had two children, Chris and Amy. The Newmans were very helpful in compiling a section of the family tree information on these pages.

Anna Chopyak Mayurnick's youngest daughter Evelyn married Lt. Col. Michael Mudzo. They have two children, Michael and Lisa. The Mudzo family is shown here without Michael as he was away at school when this was taken.
